CNY’s Favorite Complaint Department: Shipping Policy

Listen, we know you’re used to waiting—whether it’s for the snow plows on I-81 or for Syracuse to make it past the Sweet Sixteen. But we promise we’ll get your gear to you as fast as humanly possible.

Since all of our “Cuse Complains” apparel is printed on demand just for you, it takes a hot minute to process.

Processing Times
Once you place your order, our print partners need about 2 to 5 business days to make your item look perfectly salty. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can obsessively refresh the page.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Standard Shipping (US): Typically takes 3 to 5 business days after processing. Rates are calculated at checkout because math is hard and shipping carriers like to keep us guessing.
• Expedited Shipping: Sometimes available at checkout if you really need to complain about something by this weekend.

International Shipping
We do ship internationally! Because let’s face it, people who moved away from Syracuse still want to complain about it from afar. Delivery times and rates vary by destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are entirely out of our hands. Don’t complain to us about those.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t find it, check with your neighbors or that one weird bush by your porch. If it’s truly lost in the abyss, reach out to us within 14 days. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t control the postal service (if we could, we’d have a lot fewer complaints).
