Returns & Refunds: The “We Made It Just For You” Clause
Here’s the deal: every t-shirt, hoodie, and mug at Cuse Complains is custom-printed exactly when you order it. Because of this print-on-demand magic, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or if you accidentally ordered the wrong size. (Check the size charts, folks. We put them there for a reason.)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives looking like it survived a Syracuse winter pothole—misprinted, damaged, or defective—we’ve got your back.
• Please email us within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Include a clear photo of the issue and your order number.
• We will gladly issue a free replacement or a refund.
Wrong Item Received
Did we send you an Orange hoodie when you ordered Navy? Our bad. Send us a photo within 14 days, and we’ll get the correct item sent out to you ASAP.
Exchanges
Because our items are made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, you’ll need to place a new order. Again, please consult the size chart before checking out to avoid this entirely preventable tragedy.
